Instructions:
1. Petal Shaping: Take a pipestick of the corresponding color, fold it in half, and pinch it to create the curve and outline of tulip petals. Repeat to make multiple petals.
2. Flower Assembly: Wrap and secure the petals around the central pipestick (flower core) to create a tulip bud shape. Adjust the petals' fluffiness.
